Remember that whoever takes photos at our games own the rights to the pictures. Oslo Vikings has a sweet deal with my wife, which is that we get to use them for whatever we want with regards to PR, website, etc. This right belongs to Oslo Vikings not us as individual players, so if you want to use any of the pictures taken by my wife for anything personal, that means on facebook(except our own group there, as I've defined that as PR related for the Oslo Vikings), on your personal home page, etc. You will have to ask permission.

This also goes for the pictures taken by the two germans at the Berlin game. As far as I've understood(my german is not 100% rock solid) those images cannot be used with out permission.

This is not to be a hardass or difficult, but mostly to prevent commercial interests from using the picture without paying for the work.

The way I see it(I'm not a lawyer) you are not in fault unless you uploaded the picture, also when people click on the picture they are taken to the actual gallery where the picture is and can see the comments, and hopefully one of the comments are the copyright. NOTE: This only goes for Aina's pictures, this is not how copyright works in general. Just adding a comment which says who owns the copyright is not enough, actual written permission is needed(usually).
