After a rough start in the European Championship with a loss to Serbia, the Norwegians managed to beat the Netherlands and secure a spot in the Final against Austria.
This was a historic championship for the Norwegian team, never before had a norwegian team won a game, and only one touchdown had ever been scored.
More to come later.

Aalborg; After a couple of two a days this week the Norwegian National Under 19 Team played their first game against Finland in the Nordic Junior Championship today in Aalborg, Denmark.
It was a game between very even teams as both teams have to fight hard until the bitter end. The Norwegian defence did good, led by stingy play up front by the D-Line they managed several 3 and out situations, tackles for loss, forced fumbles etc thrughout the game.
The Norwegian offence led by Quarterback Karl Jørgen Aanonsen, a Vikings (U19) player maintained a decent attack with smart plays while Lorenzo Tobias Proctor with Magnus Jerven in front did their part with more than 100yds on the ground.
Unfortunantly, several mistakes made by Team Norway as a whole the final score was 27-00 Finland.
Norway then has advanced to play the bronze final against Denmark, who was beaten 27-00 by Sweden.
-Alexander Moe,
D-Line Coach Team Norway U19.

The Oslo Vikings controlled the visiting Crocodiles from Seinajoki, Finland 16 – 0. The opening kickoff came at 19:00 Friday which is unusual as most games are played on either Saturday or Sunday afternoons. “I really enjoy night games,” said head coach Val Gunn. “It is something different for most of the players and it reminds me of high school games played in the USA.”
